The project:
Brandtree designed the logo, brand collateral, and signage system for Stellenbosch Bridge, the first Smart City in Southern Africa.
The logo was created to symbolise the heritage of its unique location in Stellenbosch. Through the symbolic use of the oak leaf and interlinking the veins within the leaf a connected structure is created as it would occur in a bridge arch. This abstracted leaf becomes the symbol for connected living that the Smart City envisages, and the entire brand collateral and signage is based on this overarching concept
